COOL-BIND 1300 is considered recyclable after extensive tests by the German institute Papiertechnische Stiftung, PTS .

Wide Field of Application
The setting characteristics of COOL-BIND 1300 makes this product suitable for most types of machinery. The adhesive may be used for single or two shot binding, as well as for burst or slot bound publications.

Excellent Adhesion
Due to its high level of adhesion, COOL-BIND 1300 can be used as a single shot or both a primer and top coat. Page pull strengths achieved can be up to 30% higher than conventional high application temperature products.

Machine Suitability
COOL-BIND 1300 is suitable for use on all major binding machines. Its best performance is found on machines with a short open time and or a short trimming time. Its high molten tack will cope with machine speeds up to 14,000 cph.
