Cleaner for polyurethane (PUR) adhesive systems Purfect purge G comes in a blue pellet form in 25kg bags, and is melted down in the application equipment. Brookfield Viscosity 11,000 mPa.s @ 120°C
Application Guide
During the purging operation PUR-FECT PURGE G should be run at the same operating temperature as the Reactive Hot Melt Adhesive up to a maximum of 140°C and run through until the exit material is completely blue. When adhesive is reintroduced to the application equipment, flush through until no appreciable blue colour is visible.
