ULTRA FLEX 210 builds up cohesive strength very rapidly after application thereby allowing the covers to be securely bonding in the nipping station. High levels of specific adhesion also permit use on a wide variety of difficult cover stocks.
The high cohesive tack of ULTRA FLEX 210 make it ideal for joint gluing, forming a strong joint in the nipping station.
ULTRA FLEX 210 is clean running through both wheel and jetting application systems. Supplied in pastillated form, ULTRA FLEX 210 can be easily used on machines with or without side glue + parameters.

INSTANT-FLEX 194E is supplied in EASYMELT packaging. This tack-free packaging is easy to handle and reduces waste packaging.
Economical in Use
The high cohesive strength and specific adhesion of INSTANT-FLEX 194E means that the product can be used at significantly lower coating weights compared with conventional side gluing adhesives. Optimum performance in terms of adhesion and trimming are achieved by running the product at low coating weights.
Clean Machining
At recommended application temperatures and coating weights, INSTANT-FLEX 194E exhibits clean machining characteristics on both wheel and jet systems.
Machine Suitability
INSTANT-FLEX 194E performs well through wheel in pot and jet side glue applicators. It is supplied in 0.5kgs EASYMELT blocks, so it is advisable to use the product through a side glue pre-melter.
