Core Winding
Cores are carriers for rolls of tissue or towel materials. While usually discarded immediately after the rolled product is consumed, they are essential to the overall production of the tissue and towel product. Case Seal

Tail Tie
An effective tail tie adhesive will hold the tail securely in place through the accumulator, cutting and conveyor processes. But, a good tail tie adhesive should also allow the consumer to open the tissue or towel easily and without fiber tear. Interlock's tail tie products are very low in solids, usually 10% or less. Laminating
Formulations for towel and tissue products can vary depending upon equipment and substrate. Polyvinyl alcohol formulas are dominant in the market. These products must be formulated for good hold out, low foaming and controlled surface tension to eliminate misting. Bath tissue laminating presents a special challenge requiring products that are especially resistant to build up.
