Based on the latest copolymer technology, ULTRA-MELT 101 has improved adhesion performance to Frovi, PE coated and high wax pick value boards under chilled and high heat stress conditions. This greater bond security survives a wider range of shipping and storage conditions.
 
Recommended running conditions:
  • Suitable for all types of hot melt applicators: jet, wheel or dauber.
  • Recommended running temperatures 160°C in the tank 170°C in the hoses, 180°C at nozzles.
  • Safety advice for the use of hot melts adhesives.
  • Keep the tank full, fill it regularly, use safety gloves and glasses.
  • Keep the tank closed to prevent from dust contamination of the adhesive.
