Safeclean WB provides a radically different approach to cleaning water based adhesives and inks. Instead of traditional hazardous chemicals, Safeclean WB is a patented synergistic blend of cationic and non-ionic surfactants with water soluble solvents, sequestrants, and soil suspending agents.
It can be used neat for heavy duty cleaning, but can also be diluted with water up to 80 times its volume for general cleaning. It can be applied directly to surfaces to be cleaned by brush spray or cloth. It can be left to soak into soiled areas. Machine parts can be left to soak overnight. It can be circulated through adhesive application systems to clear residue from pipe systems, applicator heads etc. It is available in 5kg and 25kg containers.
